However, as one of your posts suggested that at 45 you were heading for middle age, you can revise your thinking. Your self-esteem should now be whispering to you "cycling has and will stave off middle age for another 25 years or so, and if anyone's heading for middle age it's that husband of mine....."

Excellent feeling isnt it. Did my first 23 last week. Best thing is that it made my subsequent 10 and 15s this week all the better. Keep it up. Im trying to get my wife to come out with me, that might stop me boring her with how good it is.
