I told you I would do it!!!!

I have just completed my 1st 20 miler, 20.45 to be exact, and I am as pleased as punch!!!
I set myself a goal of 20 miles before my 45th birthday, and did it with a week to spare....
It was really hard going for the last part,but I refused to go home until I'd done it.
I am so proud of myself, but when I eventually got home hubby and son didn't say well done or anything, so I burst into tears.

But anyway I just wanted to say ,if I can do it, anyone can.....

There's nothing quite like setting a goal and achieving it. A quarter century seems like the next goal - once you've done 20 that should be achievable.
