thanks for all the good advice people, its back to good eating, still have my alpen, half of my normal lunch , and a banana before I set off every evening, and see how that goes. I really only need to get down to around 13.5 as below that I looked pretty awful!
I lost it all before I am sure I can do this little bit ! The brushing teeth tip is good for the weekends, as tats when I am at my most vulnerable, but luckily I don't smoke or drink ever, so food is my only downfall.
