As a kid I always wanted one due to being in the professionals and looking cool but when I travelled in one later I thought it was a load of rubbish and didn't like it at all, probably because I was in the back though. I loved the old Sunbeam Rapier with overdrive. In the end I fell in love with the mini so much fun going around corners like a go kart.

it just looks like all the other small SUVs on the road - why are they making all cars so similar

Same here, and I ended up with a 1.6 Laser, the seat and driving position was really comfy, but without power steering it was a proper workout.

I like in Canada. The only Ford car that I can buy is the Mustang coupe. Everything else is either an SUV ( basically a well dressed truck ) or a truck.

It’s the curse of living next door to ‘merica where everybody drives a truck. If I want a car I have to buy an import.

All the big imports sell tons of nice cars over here, I’d love someone to explain to me why the Americans can’t make a decent midsize car for the North American market at a decent profit.

and before anybody mentions a Chrysler product, I did say decent…
