quite, as I don't either (officially), but keeping quiet about it helps - I once did have a day off sick, and I tried to keep it to a minimum of a day, didn't phone or otherwise make contact from from home or anything (this'll remind them that you're at home), didn't remind them to mark it down on any official sheet or anything when I got back, and they forgot to dock my pay. Bargain!
