The cycle to work scheme is capped at £1000, but you can top up the rest direct with the bike shop.

I like the green and black! Looks very "hackers" to me ;-)

So I've ridden the cube attain SL disc today (and the attain SL in a smaller size) and they are lovely bikes! Thought I'd be a 58 looking at the geometry, but the 56 was a better fit.

First time ever on a dropbar bike though so was initially very twitchy compared to my hybrid - but so much fun to climb with in comparison!

Going to try the hoy tomorrow - but pretty sold on the cube!

@al3xsh

What height are you if you don't mind me asking? I 've tried 53 7 56 and the dealer thinks 56 is better fit although the 53 felt better to me, although the stem needed lengthening a tad.

Also road the hoy this afternoon at Evans. It is a nice bike - though the paintwork is a bit dull.

Think I'm going to go for the cube - not least because of the extra low gears (32 vs 28 on the hoy). Rode up a reasonable hill (1/2 mile at 10%) when testing the hoy and it was hard work! Also it's a couple of hundred quid cheaper - even with Evans trade-in offer at the moment.

You won't go wrong with the cube. I'm onto my second in three years , as is one of my mates I cycle with, and a few others I have recommended them too. Spec for the money I havent seen beaten.

I was so impressed by my Cube today that im almost tempted to sell my Triban and replace it with the same bike as yours. Such a superb bike and such a nice ride too! Really puts my Triban to shame :sad:

Triban's been relegated to 'Ye ol' reliable' status just for commuting needs & small shopping trips which hurts me because its supposed to be such a 'sporty' bike too :sad:
