Thanks - it is, but it's also a bit more than I've already been managing until this point. I think if I'm slipping is due to diet fatigue pushing myself will only make me miserable. I think I've done pretty well so far and am happy to cut myself some slack for a week then take it from thereYou have 5 weeks to do it - that is only 0.6 kg/week, which is a nice steady rate of loss to aim for.
