does anyone know how to contact wiggle other than by email?
the idiot from city link delivered two parcels today, i signed for one and took it in , then he dropped the second and left. when i looked it wasn't mine but was for some poor soul 10 miles away.
all i can find is an email address which i've contacted and got no response.
i tried ringing city link and gave up after 10 minutes of waiting, so emailed them, again no response.
pity city link drivers don't read the address labels!

City Link are very poor.

For the future when you order from Wiggle. In the messsage box with your order put 'please send via Royal Mail'. I have done this and now don't get City Link deliveries.

they've just got email but will respond. Took a few hours last time, but as is the way with email.

Why not open the other package - maybe you've received something nice

ah city link. my favourite pub story.

my first proper job was for a local paper, based in alderley edge, south of manchester. we used to pack up the artwork for the paper for sending to the printers in horncastle, lincolnshire and take it over to trafford park for city link to send it on.

one monday, we came in to find the artwork 'delivered' back to us, so, as least-busy-on-a-monday person, i was dispatched to lincolnshire to get the artwork to the printers, which was an all day affair.

which bright spark at city link thought that someone had come all the way from lincolnshire to get city link to drop off something for 30 miles down the road?

I know it's not your question (nor even your responsibility) but could you not just take it around to the poor soul yourself? I'd be well chuffed if someone did that for me. Besides, the 10 mile ride would do you good!

just got through to wiggle on the 0800.they've contacted the bloke who doesn't want to collect so they're arranging collection.
they're sending me my missing part order. so eventually evrything will be sorted. just means that i waste another day thanks to citylink. what a waste they are . they seem to be a pair of wheels i pocket now !!?
don't have a car (box is about about three feet by three feet.) so can't deliver and probably wouldn't go out in these conditions, roads and pavements are too iced up .
thanks for the help.

As Mr Paul said above. Don't go out of your way and deliver to the correct address. Leave it to Wiggle/Shitty Link to collect.

MY last order from Wiggle

DEspite Royal MAil request, note left by City Link...so phone up and ask to pick up at depot

So I detour (10 miles total) to depot to pick up delivery (passing Wiggle twice) - isn't there they think its out on the van, can I come back tomorrow?
Arange to return, get home to find another card.

So again I detour (10 miles total) to depot to pick up delivery (again passing Wiggle twice) - again they can't find it, again they think it might be out on the delivery van by mistake, so arrange for them to phone me at work when they find it......

Then after thay fail to phone, I phone I am told that as they have attempted delivery twice and I haven't collected I either have to pay for further delivery or collect it.

Due to late shifts I cannot collect for a further two days, so arrange to collect it on the Friday.

Again long detour abd get to Depot to be told that as I haven't collected the parcel it was returned to Wiggle!

Last time I ever used Wiggle.

Now I always ask firms if they use a courier and if they do they don't get my custom.

Wiggle I have always found to be excellent - and they will even deliver for free to Canada if you order enough - considering that most Canadian companies not only charge a basic delivery fee of no less than $20 but then often add extra for delivering to the island where I live, this is quite amazing.

City Link on the other hand, don't get me started. I had a massive problem with them when they claim that they had tried to deliver a parcel and said I wasn't in, when I was not only in, I was in the front room next to the front door and rushed out when I heard them slipping a note through the door only to see the guy jump in his van and drive off despite my waving at him. He had never knocked or anything. He must have just jumped out of the van, put the note straight into the letterbox without checking and jumped straight back in. I called them, told them this, they denied it. I demanded that they deliver it again, they refused and said that it could be collected from a depot in an industrial estate some 30 miles away or it would be sent back as undeliverable. I pointed out that it was their driver who had failed to deliver it properly and they called me a liar and hung up on me...

Also had problems with City Link
Despite sayig diliver any day except Thursday they delivered on Thursday
We then had a card to pick up at a depot in Croydon, this being London that may only be 20 miles away, but is probably a 4 hour return journey
The parcel came from Hampshire, I worked out it would be as fast to drive 100 miles to Hampshire and back
So told City Link I was not going to collect, they sent it back and the company resent via normal Royal Mail.

We have also seen City Link deliver in our area using a subbie in a normal car with a load of parcels in the back
