The problems start when the nerves of the lower spine are damged in an accident and those discriminatory signals can no longer reach the brain..... back injury sufferers can become housebound out of fear of accidents away from home.


You can have the same problem following a Madras and 8 pints!:wacko::blush:

Slide slowley forward on the saddle go into a semi aero tuck position (head down)as if decending the GALIBIER in front of the buch, lift rump slightly maintaining a good speed then gently let the wind go.
