I have two pairs of overalls, not boiler suit style though.
Bib & brace overalls which belonged to my grandfather. I started wearing them 40 years ago as an alternative to track pants at rowing regattas. Easy to get on and off, plenty of pockets, and they don't fall down when the pockets are full of tools. So that's one pair that are at least 45 years old because they weren't knew when I got them.
The other pair are called Action Back style. They protect the front and back, but have no sleeves. They're coming up for twenty years old. I used to go caving in them and the metal buttons/press studs on the front are all worn down.
For outside jobs and inside renovations at the moment, I wear boots, shorts and old work shirts (shirts I used to wear with a tie).
