Like others have put I'd be reporting this to the school Head Teacher as harassment by a parent and to the police as harassment, providing the evidence of her poor parking if required.
And I'd be making sure I didn't respond. Personally I wouldn't block the number as it may have a record of further contact from her.
I won't be troubling the police yet, she can waffle on to herself in my trash folder.
I don't think she's twigged that I'm insured, their advice is to ignore and await particulars of a claim, then they'll respond should it come to that.
I'm content to let them sort it if it comes to that after all that's what I pay them for.
Exactly, what proof. Unless it was a Tesla with 360 degree recording, but the primary thing is the driver was blocking a route into school - will be seen very dimly by the local plod. We had loads of issues at our local primary with idiots insisting they drive up a cul-de sac where none of the residents even had driveways.
Apparently she was sat in the car, I (80kg pedestrian) walking parallel to the car struck it (2700kg of "car") with such force that it caused it to move. She's failed to explain how she's identified me, how the damage has been caused, any evidence of the damage, how she knows it was not there previously and so on...
Essentially she's stamping her feet and saying it was me and I did it 'cos she said so.
I get the impression she is someone used to getting her own way and not used to being told no.
In all honesty if I had hit it I'd sort it (or Tesco would), but I didnt. I've said if she's has dash cam etc I'll consider it and go from there but no dash cam has materialised.
