Greek yoghurt is wonderful stuff, but it is over 10% fat and incredibly yummy so it is best to steer clear of it if you are watching your weight!Slow-digesting stuff might help with the hunger pangs; Greek yogurt or cottage cheese etc?
Lidl do a version which is only 2% fat. It obviously isn't as nice as the real thing, but it doesn't contain any nasty additives and is still quite tasty. If you like it fruity, add a few strawberries or grapes and blend them in.
I usually eat cottage cheese instead of my favourite, extra mature cheddar, though I do treat myself to cheddar a couple of times a week.
