just the one steel frame giant that I bought in the late 80s - hoping to get it (and me) to a 100,000 miles - then we will both retire

Currently on 8 bikes - 7 in regular use and one which is hardly used and really should be sold to make a bit of space on as there's another bike arriving at the start of 2025.

In rough purchase order...
Planet X Pro Carbon
Van Nicholas Ventus (an early 50th birthday treat with a few upgrades)
Van Nicholas ventus SE (ex main commuter)
Spa Elan Ti
On-One Pickenflick flat bar self build
Ribble Al-e (e-bike thanks to cycle to work)
Triban 300 flat bar conversion from a ridiculously cheap road bike off Ebay
Carrera Intercity Disc 9 folder (the one I'm thinking of selling due to lack of use)

Arriving in January - Spa Elan 725 Mk1

I use the Raleigh for occasional retro rides, majority of cycling on the Cross Check, LHT and E-bike, and the Racelight has straight bars, Schwalbe Marathon 25c, and no guards so that I can remove wheels and transport easily in the back of the car when I teach bikeability.

I haven't ridden the Equilibrium since 2022 and it's on (permanent?) loan to my eldest son.
The Henry Burton has been with son #3 in Edinburgh for about a year, I'll get it back later today.

Holdsworth Record was my first and then people just kept giving!
Mainly British Classic steel bikes although I have a couple of modern bikes just to see what they were like. I have counted frames as well as most just need wheels to be swapped round to make them rideable. A couple are being worked on.

Just picked up a Dawes King Pin for commuting to work.
I’d like more but running out of space so from now on it’s going to have to be one in one out. The one bike i regret selling is a Peer Gynt lwb recumbent.
