How hot have you got?

33 degrees in the surgery yesterday, felt a bit warmer in the PPE. Weather people says it will cool down over the weekend.

I went out for a ride on Tuesday and by the early hours of Wednesday i was ill. A blinding headache, shivers and sick. Im putting it down to the hot weather and not drinking enough fluids, 🙄

You need to get that foot out into daylight. Or else mix something up to colour it.

That's already with SPF 50. Without it I would get blisters and serious burns and most likely would be in a hospital.

I use spf 110 here in HK.

Above that is a crash helmet and a burqua.
