How do you cut a frozen pizza in half?

Use a long knife so you can cut it in one go. Put the pizza on a cutting board. Put the knife on the pizza and hit it with a mallet, job done.

but even if reheated up, by the time the Op has pontificated over whether to cut it into thirds or quarters etc it will be cold anyway....

Very easily, I've been doing it for years.

Get a knife with a pointed blade (one with a short blade is best, so that it won't buckle), and stab a 'dotted line' across the pizza with the tip. Now snap it along the dotted line.

Proper kitchen scissors - only way I ever cut pizza hot or cold, far better than those crappy pizza cutters that don't actually do what they say on the tin!

Pizza wheels are a god send.

Turn it upside down, score pizza base with a sharp knives, turn right way up and snap it along the line on the edge of the work surface.
