Home made recovery drinks

Any good ones to share ?
Just picked up some SIS recovery powder to add to some water but I would prefer to make my own drink / smoothie I guess .

Hot chocolate made with water.Large slice of fruit cake.

Hold up . Have you been on the piss for two days ?

I ride then drink. Not all the time but it has been a very boozy weekend. Ended up at a cider festival yesterday and then had to wobble three miles home along a dark cycle path without lights.
