I'm always skint nowadays, I'm a student If I was to get a part time job maybe I'd be able to splash out for some winter gear asap.

Did Great Dun Fell today and I did not expect that, I was struggling to pedal up it at parts, it's a beauty of a a hill. The thin air plus steep parts of the climb left me breathing heavy. The view at the top was great, I could see some Scottish hills

Ran into a few problems fairly early on, got a puncture then when pumping the new tube, the valve popped off when I pulled the pump off, but it didn't deflate any air so I managed to ride on that.

My camera ran out of batteries so I took some with my phone, will be uploaded later.

So how did you get up there, times etc?

Didn't time myself, wasn't fast though, wasn't expecting it to be so hard but it was.

Ahh, i meant did you go by train and what was the days order? (times of train and when you left etc)

Oh I got a lift from my mom, she's a walker so wanted to walk up it. So it was easy enough to get there.
