10 am is fine by me if you 2 are ok with that i cant be out for ages though got to take me and the boy off shopping :banghead: for the mrs birthday on Monday. Wonder if she would settle for some gift vouchers from the Specialized store :whistle:

Also forgot that I wanted to look at your rear deraileur Mark.... looked really odd when I was following you, do you have any trouble with shifting ?

Yep havent till today it kept missing the gears sort of getting stuck between 2 gears if you like and sounding rough. And top gear when im on the front deraileur is awfull chain is rubbing somewhere. its fine when im on the bigger cog at the front so i was doing that on the last few miles home and boy did me knees start to cry lol

I think its the rear deraileur, the jockey wheel bracket looks out of alignment, it looks as if the chain is being twisted. Stand right behind your and look at the jockey wheels angle respective to the casette and you will see what I mean.... I'll have a look tommorow at it..... got a really decent stem to bring, something a bit special.

sounds pucker mate very much appreciated im beginning to go off my bike rather rapidly but it cant help that the useless twats sold me a size to big :cursing: live and learn ! think my next purchase will be from a nice little shop in Ruislip high street :thumbsup:

I had a similar issue with the Triban Mark. The 57 felt cramped and slammed. The 60 felt better but outstretched like your boardman. New saddle and adjustable 85mm stem has made it superb.
With Pauls help and my piss taking :sorted
