Quality little ride-out today all, was nice to meet some more local CCers, i.e. Paul for providing bike porn and Phil for demonstrating how it is still possible to get up High Standing Hill after a night on the beers!

With you in Maidenhead Mark, i think Slough is ok or meet at Eton bridge/Windsor and come back to there for much needed coffees?
If we come over towards Iver or Uxbridge/Denham, it becomes too far for you.

Yes, I do. Although it can be difficult to find a bad route through there, unless there's a solid carpet of beech leaves across the Tarmac.

(And no, not selfishly because I want to join the morris dancers, just because it's about as close as we're likely to get to mine without the meeting point being Datchet.)

If we made it Denham it'd be quite a ride for everyone except Kam, plus we'd probably end up all jumbled up with the group ride that leaves Denham every Saturday at about 9. Well, not for long if we're talking about the Denham fast group though…
