Heated Car Seat Problems.........any ideas ???

My car already has them.

I think claiming them as a safety feature is a bit of a stretch - some might suggest typical car advertisers spin - an effective car heater is going to have a better effect overall.

It must be true cos I worked as a salesman for Volvo in the late 70s and that is wot we were told to tell the client
Anyway........if you don't think they are useful can a give you a tenner for yours........that will save me a few bob.

My wife's car.......a year newer than mine has a heated steering wheel which is really useful in cold weather.

Mine too - it solved a problem that I never knew I had. I've also got air conditioned seats for when it's too hot - just the job for the West of Scotland.

Come on then, you and @Dave7, what the fark is a heated steering wheel useful for (except steering)? Is it just because few people wear gloves to drive in winter any more?

It is really very pleasant and negates having to wear gloves.
Plus, if you have a big belly it will warm that up.
Plus if you have.................no I wont go there

Got it.........took a while but it opened. My first thought was "ooooh, that looks expensive". Its not something I could attempt myself. I do know a mechanic/auto electrician that is going to look at it (FOC) then give me a cost.
