Heart rate Resting and Heart Rate going up a bloody big Hill ???

I'd love to get a HR monitor. Ideally something I could wear all day (whether cycling/working/wandering round/weights etc) just to see how the heartrate changes with different activities. After this I'd want to see graphs and data on the computer with a decent amount of analysis comparing days and the like. Anything like this exist?

I did a cycling specific first aid course last year. When we were taking pulse readings lying on the floor, everybody was below 55!
