Good Lord, people get upset by the silliest of things. I seem to be good enough with words to crack, its fun to see other's results.

I have learned one thing in this thread......... @steveindenmark may, in some manner be involved in boat building. I think that's enough to mean I'll never Wordle again.

I don’t even come into this thread until after I’ve done my Wordle(& Quordle). Why would anyone?

Same for me. Complete the puzzle, copy and paste it into this thread. Done. I then look to see how others have fared. I usually give a ‘like’ to those that have beaten my result.
I agree it’s not the done thing to post obvious spoilers but it’s hardly the crime of the century. It wouldn’t make any difference to me even if they put in the finished word, and if they did it certainly wouldn’t be cause for any argument. To flounce because you’ve been told off, or to not post your results worried that you might influence others is all a bit daft. It’s a silly game to waste a few minutes whilst I drink my tea in bed each morning, nothing more. Let’s all go for a virtual pint and talk bollocks for a bit. Relax.

It's caused stupid arguments a few times. Why would you even look at the thread before doing it anyway if it concerns you that much. I did it this morning but don't think I'll bother with the thread any more.

Hmm. I apologise for so completely misjudging the mood of the room. Please don't stop posting, folks; if I enjoying reading all the posts here I'm sure many others do too.

To clarify, the main reason to stopping posting my graphics was that I felt I was being too selective, and often "not quite getting around to it" when I had a disappointing result. I do think it would have been better if the graphic had been designed to give a bit less information, but I was exaggerating a bit by suggesting that was a reason for not posting.
