I take it that the little boxy representation of the puzzle is only available if you do it on the web?

I do it on my phone and all I get for sharing is a histogram of how frequently I've taken particular numbers of turns.

I believe you have to do it on Twitter to get the boxy picture - if you do it on the original website link in post #1 you certainly don't.

That said, I'm not sure what value it adds in posting those, as opposed to simply saying how many tries it took.

Hmm, I certainly do. I complete it on powerlanguage.co.uk (link in Post #1) on Chrome on my iPad and the 'share' button on the post-game statistics screen copies today's grid to the clipboard automatically, ready for pasting. It's more of a faff to copy the histogram itself!

I'm feeling a bit dim here - when I click on the Share button on the stats screen, it says "Copied results to clipboard", but they won't paste into Paint as a graphic, and they come up in Wordpad like this:
