I’d like to blame the NYT or possibly the leftovers of yesterday’s headache but I just found it too tricky and my ”aha! Of course, it’s obvious!” guess in line 6 was completely wrong. In fact quite impressively wrong given that I’d identified 4 out of 5 letters….
