To the op those tyres are not even broken in yet 10k left on those at least

Until the canvas starts to show through the tread, or you start getting frequent nuisance punctures, a tyre still has useful life in it. I remember someone posting a picture on here two or three years ago, of a M+ rear tyre that had done 10,000 miles. The puncture protection layer was just beginning to show in places. That's when a tyre is actually worn out, not before..
