Whilst we are a long way from being hard up I have gotten well and truly fed up with the constant trickle of money shelled out for 'the last thing I need'.

Apart from my initial purchase of bike, shoes, SPD's, saddlebag, multi tool, cages, bottles, gilet, CO2 pump & helmet I have sinced bought:

Different (SH56) cleats,

Waterproof jacket,

Nice and comfy padded shorts,

Track pump,

Workstand (pricey but worth it),

Lubes various,

Cycling specific glasses,

Little rubber cable protectors (rip off price),

Heli-pads,

Lizard Skin chainstay protector,

Various brake blocks and shoes to solve brake squeal (sorted and blissfully silent),

New saddle,

New seat post,

Gel mitts,

2 cycling tops,

And today a pair of Altura tights - I have lost some weight and my old Ronhills that I have been wearing are a tad loose now!

***

Is that the end of it?

No. Never stops. Not as bad as a car though.
