It's a DD Frontline (I think). Certainly a made by DD. Linky. They've changed the design a bit, adding a couple of lightweight poles to space the net out. I just use sticks across the top at each end. You can still do this.I envision my set-up being something similar. Do you use a Hennessey, or an ENO? Or another tent?
I guess I'll have to try out both - both the tent and the hammock and see which one I prefer.
I don't see the issue with it raining. It's got a waterproof fly over the top.
...and have finished your book.It's not the staying dry that's the problem so much as being in one for hour after hour. The real test for the liveability of a shelter is what it's like to be in one if you're sick and it's raining continuously.
