I'm kind of feeling "left out". I only ordered 5 road bike inner tubes and 5 mountain bike inner tubes. Not even enough for 1 spare inner tube per bike for this household!

Another recipient of the "Holfords" email from DPD - should be delivered tomorrow. Yodel came today while I was at work and left a parcel (the other half of the order) with my neighbour. £78 of goods for £12.50. Is it bad form to wonder why they can't include a small Haribo bag like Wiggle with the orders?
As Halfords have had quite a bit of custom from me (2 Boardmans plus various parts) over the years I look at it as an unexpected loyalty bonus.

Good grief! Someone working in Halfords web administration is going to have a very awkward meeting with their boss. If it was an accident I hope they don't get sacked. And what about all the packers/dispatchers? Would they have been expected to realise something was wrong?
At the risk of Godwin'ing the thread, I think they could pull the Nuremburg defense here. Plus most picking notes are unpriced, so they'd have been more likely to be reprimanded for not picking orders.
