It's the brakes , gears , cables, the whole shmear as well so it's groupset

My current q factor is 140 with the current square taper I calculated the q factor will be nearer 150 with a hollowtech? I'm going to do a bit more reading and measurements

No rims, hubs, wheels, skewers, seat post, stem, handlebars, cables, pedals, etc, etc...

It's not a groupset. It's the drivetrain with a few fripperies. The groupset contains a mind boggling number if items, half of which you're not replacing (or haven't mentioned.)
