Very is right, Neil (the local sustrans guy) had a nice route planned out that avoided the worst hills and it was a sociable experience. The lady who works in the shop next to my Mum's and my neighbour were both there 
Turns out the 20 miler was a longer than usual and the going rate is 12, my fitness level put me up with the strongest of the group so I'll try one of the harder rides but if I'm not working on a Tuesday its a great laugh.
