Two classics, but the Indy one was actually an ad-lib, not in the script. They had a choreographed fight scene planned but Ford wasn't up to it so someone said 'Just shoot him' and Spielberg went with it. Thus was created one of the best moments in cinema history. The audience I saw it with back in 1981 gave it around of applause. Loved the parody of it in Temple of Doom, two swordsmen, no gun!.
