Giant Road Bike

I have just been to my brothers friends house and, to cut a long story short, i have found out that he has a 'Giant' road bike for sale at £80.

Now to me, that sounds like a bargain. However, not knowing much about brands i wouldnt know, also i was wondering if there is anything else i should look at to check the quality of the bike??

Also, how much do you think it would be ok to ask off the price??

Have you seen it? Because first things first, before contemplating buying it, the size must be right for you.

Google 'giant ocr bike' There are 5 different models in the OCR range from what I can see, the top model OCR Zero to the OCR 4, you can see the price range, specs etc. You will need to find out which model is being offered.

Thats someone chancing their arm, a quick google search shows the OCR4 was retailing for £299 with discounted bikes going for £250

Also, what about the make and the models, i can get specification of the internet but i am interested in our veiws.

Well what is your budget for a bike?
