Cheers for the advice, I believe it just got normal round grips. Not sure if the saddle and move forward, will look into it when I get home

Get some ergo grips, the round one are horrible! Like these if you want to keep to Bontrager kit

Also I believe my seat can move forward, how far would you recommend trying to move it?

You need to measure the diameter of your handlebars (or ask the LBS which supplied the bike to get the grips)
In terms of saddle, you need to keep within the min/max markings on the rails
