If your looking for others to provide the motivation, then you are doomed to fail, particularly so given your less than positive responses.

Motivation gets you started but habit keeps you going!

Exactly

Make yourself a simple goal - an hour of exercise per day. No distance, speed or anything else, just outside moving for an hour. If it's 11pm and you've only walked 1/2 hour, then out you go in the the rain for another 30 minutes.

For the hill: don't ride up it. I know sometimes these things can be daunting, so just take it off the table. Just go for rides, and when you get to the bottom of the hill, off your bike and walk up the hill. It should only take about 20 minutes, you can finish your water bottle off and cool down. You'll be increasing your bone mass and using different muscles. It's doing you good. At some point, walking up will become more tedious than cycling up - then you'll stay on and it's one less problem in your life.

Good luck.
