Buzzy, it is a bit of a minefield as people use varying terminology and it gets confusing. Sheldon is a great resource and the CTC site also has a downloadable spreadsheet which allows you to plug in your wheel and tyre sizes and gives you the gear inches. Similar to Sheldons gear calculator but as a large table rather than for specific combinations.

I sometimes think a great resource on here, in the Newbie/Tech sections, would be a diagram of a bike with all parts labelled numerically. Then a key for each number that explains the part and also gives all the alternate terms used.

Sheldon has a gear calculator that covers pretty much any combination of gears made, and will present the results in whatever form you find most intelligible....
Is it definitely a 'Freehub' that you have ?
depends on you having a freehub/cassette. If you have a freewheel the sprocket size advice still stands, though.
Sheldon
Look at Sheldon Brown's page (https://www.sheldonbrown.com/free-k7.html) to work out if you have a freewheel or a freehub cassette.
Thank you a zillion times over for that amazingly interesting link, it is now copied to my must read files.
I invited you yesterday (Sat) to check whether you had a freehub or a freewheel and offered you the Sheldon link to help you make that differentiation. I offer links for a reason. @Tigerbiten later has linked to the same Sheldon page.
In retrospect I should have immediately suspected that the 13-19 "casette" was a freewheel. I suspect you would struggle to find that corncob in a cassette (ie to slide on a freehub).
You may find (depending on usage) that the 13-19 freewheel has a resale value.

Great advice there, especially about Sheldon... I always check there before asking questions here, if only to pick up terminology to make this bear of little brain seem smarter....
