About your comment going through back gardens
I believe it was because my maps weren't installed properly. Got them working properly now.Same circuit as before, slightly faster and more accurate. Would have been faster if it wasn't for a stupid bus letting a HGV out in front of us.

previous day ride not much respite and includes the wrong turn great fun though met a guy at the cafe at the top refused to use the triple ring out of pride
as you can Imagine I declined his invite to ride together the next day
Oh by the way this was on a hire bike as well scott speedster not the lightest but ok

Yup, I've done three of the Wiggle series in the last couple of years, might well go for the New Forest one in October. Always well organised.
