@Scoosh, can the Southern Uplands ride I suggested starting and ending in Sanquhar Train Station be added to the list? (With optional side trip to the Lowther Hill radar station) and with the main cake stop being in Thornhill.

Scottish night ride in December = anything after 15:30 in the afternoon and before 09:00 in the morning then!
