Frying Pan wanted......good quality. Any recommendations ??

He said trying local JL might be best, cheadle a big store with almost full ranges :smile:

The other thing he said which is probably obvious is never use metal intensils on a non stick pan

About a year or so ago I bought a JML Regis frying pan. About £15,and does it's job really well. Even more non-stick than Teflon Tony and cleans up very easily. If it ever gives up I'd buy the same again.

Aldi doing tri-ply copper pans. My daughter says she has not burnt anything in her tri-ply pans and she generally very good at burning stuff.

Mine is a rosy-cheeked, norwegian realist of good, agricultural stock. Last year, i was very grateful to receive a KitchenAid thing as a 'joint' present.
