Hi Pat. I've been having a hell of a time in 'painkiller hell' ( frozen shoulder). My new bike has still never been outside yet. I'm disappointed I've missed summer and all the photo's I could have gotten. It's weird I saw your message today as I have arranged with a work colleague to try the bike today. :-) I will let you know how it goes and hopefully we can arrange something soon.

Well done! Every little bit makes for progress. An empty car park is very useful for building your control confidence too.

Well done I'm new to this as well and not been on a bike for 27 years until last week I was all over the place. This week im wondering what I was worried about but im taking it easy as i want to lose weight, Hate the dark nights though as when I get home from work I want to get on the bike.

I know what you mean. I was just reading your thread about wobbling. I was doing a lot of that today. Especially when going slow. I'm hoping like you were advised that practice makes perfect - or somewhere near :-)
