FNRttC Friday Night Ride to the Coast - Whitstable 31st May

By any measure, £16 for even just one FNRttC is astounding value given the effort that goes into organising the rides.

I have no doubt, I have joined CTC, and I have paid my £2 for the Fridays membership tonight.

My other (daytime) club requires CTC membership too. So the way I see it is that the shiny two pound coin that I handed over at Felpham gives me access to a whole year's worth of FNRttCs. "Good value" doesn't even begin to describe it

Am a defo no no for this now, whats an absolute shame and its tearing me apart.. but my (non-cycling) friends and family think three night rides on consecutive weekends and shunning your own birthday is sheer madness and that ill be forever single.. I dont, I think its fine. Utter shame as this is my fav ride, ever..

Davy... FFS, you've got to learn to tell them to Sod Off. Surely this is a Good Reason to have two birthday celebrations??

Am I not supposed to Do My Worst? Though I have a nagging suspicion that letting down your tyres would incur DZ's Raised Eyebrow of Disapproval, and we most certainly can't have that. Perhaps if I sneakily attach a basket, panniers and mudguards to your bike when you're not looking...
