This is a cheerful one. Tuntematon Potilas (the unknown patient) is a play on Tuntematon Sotilas (the unknown soldier) which is also the title of a major film about the war that is broadcast every Independence Day in Finland.

The song is about an old man losing his mind, having flashbacks to the war, hallucinating that Stalin has conquered Helsinki and generally wishing for death.
