They are, though on going back on to buy one or two more found that the price had mysteriously gone back up.
So, incredibly overpriced at full price, but quality kit at yours - they will be handy for the cranky but nice old Karrimor panniers I sometimes use - their supplied waterproofing is a small green plastic bag/bin liner

The orange ones, which I bought, went back to £19.99!Yea I see they're now closer to a tenner. The offer was part of their 'one week deals'. I bought a few as I've found they're handy at keeping the handlebars dry when the bike is locked up outside work. One things for sure, the rain will return at some point!
