Picked up some of the silver mountain bike shoes at the weekend and must say, that for £30 you really can't complain. Not quite up to the standard of a pair of Shimano of Specaialized shoes but certainly no complaints.

I would say though, I'm glad I went into the shop to get them The road shoes and the touring shoes are about as stiff as wet cardboard and contrary to the website are not SPD compatible - SPD-SL only.

A lot of folks have been asking over the years if you can get cleats at good prices. I've just found this site that has a lot of bargains but here are SPD cleats at £5.99 = £1.50 p&p. They do Look as well for £8.99.

Cateye dont list a Hl-Ld1100... so I'm hoping it will turn out to be a TL-LD1100 at considerably lower cost than elsewhere. Chances are they will realise their price is "off" before it comes back into stock.

Yes, it is the TL-LD1100.

Got mine delivered today after about a months wait so it doesn't look like a misprice.

Sigma Sport in Hampton Wick have opened a brand new swanky retail store.

The store is 3 floors of bike heaven, but their old store is still open and is clearing all the old stock.
Everything in store is 40% of the sticker price (unless already discounted and exc. bikes).
They've got shoes, helmets, spares, tools, shorts, jerseys (inc Assos) all at 40% off.

They'll be keeping the store open for the next few weeks and adding new clearance stock until they run out.

Well worth the trip down if you want a bargain or to look at the new store.

Thanks for the reminder... I saw this on YACF a couple of weeks ago and thought... must get some.
Shame they don't do a three cell AAA holder, which would be great for the ebay Saik lights.

If you are on Facebook then you could pick up some 'promised' bargains from Planet X....first one earlier today was 2011 edition 50mm carbon tubular wheels for £399 (Shimano)
