I use these brake pads, and although some people say they are rubbish compared to swiss stop, I find them excellent compared to Simano pads. I canot believe they were ever £22 though, especially as you can get these brake pads from other places (amazon & ebay for about £6, but without the cables)

This appears to be for 2 sets though = 4 holders, 8 pads plus 2 cables. For me that's worth it imo.

However, Swissstop are better but much more expensive. These are good on the commuter / winter bike.

Swiss stop end off  however decent value for chucking on a winter hack. After switching to Swiss stop I can see and feel the difference.
Not much between Swiss stop and koolstop to be fair. Both excellent, and probably the pads you should chuck on your winter hack, it's in the wet that their performance excels

I bought one from them a few months ago, along with a pair of Altura Progel Shield bib tights for £10 (£90 rrp) and a pair of Altura Raceline Comp bib shorts £10 (£90 rrp) for a combined price of £30 posted ;). I`m a small/medium and I can easily get away with Altura in small ^_^

This seller is great if you`re xsmall, small or xlarge+ and they only charge postage on the first item so its good to multi buy

A couple of other bargains they`re doing if you`re a small/medium http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ALTURA-CR...314256?hash=item4af30d49d0:g:WS4AAOSwl9BWMPuI and http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ALTURA-FL...282602?hash=item33b4e5ab6a:g:LbEAAOSwjMJXBoS4 . Maybe add a few of these for £1 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ALTURA-NI...176062?hash=item4af41dd67e:g:LtAAAOSwnGJWSwx3

Anyone with BIG feet (mine are size 14) might want to take a look at the Planet X website. They are selling Agu Enyx Xtra overshoes in size 3X for just £5.

I normally have trouble getting overshoes to fit and zip up fully, so I ordered one pair to try them out. They look quite resilient, and they are an easy fit and very comfortable. There is a delivery charge, so I've now ordered 3 more pairs @ £5 each. That should see me OK for a couple of years now. Four pairs for less than I paid for my previous pair.

Cheers, pair ordered. Plus a set of emergency back up lights for £3...
