Aldi cycling event Thursday 7th all the usual bits!
I know these two questions may have come up before, but they may have changed the specs.
Anyone got any idea how good the tool kit and floor pump are?

May be handy for a secondary location.

I don't of course want any tools that may damage anything - don't want to needlessy wreck/do a boris on anything.

Grabbed myself one of these today, cheers.
You really can't go wrong can you, buying a laser for a quid!!!!

You're welcome..... I bought 2 exactly the same light off Amazon and paid about 3 quid each..... Gave good service last winter.... As buttons are press down ones I covered the unit in cling film to stop water destroying the innards... And when you take it off the bike you can use it indoors to tease the cat.....

I bought a floor pump many years ago (possibly 7 or 8) & keep it in my locker at work. It's not the best, but it beats having to use a hand pump & it doesn't damage valves or anything. One of the feet recently broke off, but the pump is still usable :okay:

Thanks for the feedback on the pump solty - i only need it for about 85 psi max.

Any folks got views on the toolkit?
I've had the ALDI tool kit for some years and, while some things are not brilliant (eg chain splitter) most have done the job fine. I regard it as a way to get a cheap starter toolkit, to work out what I use more regularly; I then purchased better versions as the 'starters' broke.

Worthwhile IMO.
