Unless you're from up north and can collect from store, dont forget to add £4 to P&P

For £7 there are other options for almost around the same money...

For instance
Cateye TL-LD170

£6.49+Free Delivery - Might not be as bright as the smart but you seldom need a luggage light to be as powerful as 1w. A suitable alternative i reckon.

::EDIT::

or just buy £50 worth of goods from planetX for free P&P

They are not cheaper than planet x they are £8.48 including the £1.99 charge for postage (not free delivery ). Planet x works out to £6.94 including potage ......or you could spend £75 at CRC use code clear2015 and get £10 off of clearance items. The link I put up is because that is the cheapest , including the p&p i`ve found them.

Im struggling to understand what youre getting at here.... The cateye i listed as an alternative is £6.49 with free P&P for the luggage mounted rear light. At time of your posting the price was £2.99 and there was no free P&P so £2.99+£4 = £7 How is that cheaper? Unless youre not counting P&P? then thats just silly. Unless delivery is free any postage that needs to be paid is added to the final cost of the item youre buying even though youre paying for a (delivery) service.

Price went back to £6 for the luggage light anyway.

The remaining cycling gear from the offer at Aldi a few weeks ago all seems to be reduced to clear now, by up to 50%.
It's a bit hit and miss what's left, but I got a set of fluoro leg warmers, a neck / face buff and a skinny hat thingy (can't think of the proper name...).
They had a few jackets and bib tights left too, but none in my size.

Went to my local Aldi yesterday and they had loads left but all at full price unfortunately

The premium jacket and bib rights look nice but I wouldnt pay full price for them

As the colder weather approaches I thought I'd recommend these silk under gloves for less than a fiver delivered. I find cold weather gloves are often too thick and make gear shifting a bit tricky. I wear these silk gloves under my windproof gloves (Specialized deflect) and they work a treat.

Excellent,
Thank you for posting this,
Ordered two, but they only had the tan colour in stock ,
Still very happy with the service and the saddle s .
:okay:
Mine's tan - it picks up with some orange flashing on the bike. I think it looks fine but then I don't ride along looking at my a*** !!

The cateye you listed is not free p&p put it in the basket and you will see there is p&p of minimum £1.99p =£8.48p in total .

+1 for silk under gloves, I've got a pair of Planet X race gloves and when it gets nippy I just use a £3 pair of silk gloves from Sports Direct underneath them.
A lot cheaper than a pair of winter gloves, which I agree can be too bulky

I fully accept that i made a mistake. Apparently i had something else in the shopping basket at the same time which bought the light up to 'Free P&P' levels.

Easily done , many sellers have great prices and only when you put the items in the basket do you realise that they also add on p&p if you are under a certain amount .

Not especially bike relevant, but these Halfords ratchet spanners are a great bit of kit, and at £40 a set well worth investing in:

Yes, I have that set or one very like it.

They are excellent. Quality stuff.

However I don't trust that £100 original price - very dodgy advertising I think.

It was a few years ago but I think I paid a fair bit less than £40.

Maybe just under £30.
