No need to wear bike clips or velcro reflective bands - they have poppers on the narrow legs.

OO - stretchy wast band which they rather tactfully call "active"

IMO, Carbon is just another frame material that's used. You can get good or bad, heavy or light frames in any material.

Free returns from CRC of course. At v petite you may struggle regardless. Perhaps a pair of crops with some Lycra from M&S or similar?

My 2015 Wilier Izoard XP weighed in a 9.4kg at first - changing the wheels, crankset, seatpost (-250g there!) and saddle has brought it down to 8kg.
