All personal opinion - but these "recovery" shakes and "electrolyte" supplements are completely unnecessary unless you are a pro. It's a huge marketing con that people fall for. Nuts, Haribo or Flapjack do just the same - and actually taste nice whilst out.
I've used this site - what a faff! Never again!
Why bother crediting UKHD? Users on there have no qualms stealing deals from here and passing off as their own or crediting anyone on here - as I found out much to my cost- LOL. As to the saddle - one of the most overrated of all time. I bought one for a tenner from Wiggle. Never fitted for a very simple reason. It is made out of faux suede - not a great design if it rains or if for any reason your a55 sweats!
But here is a a genuine bargain for anyone in the market for a very decent beginner road bike in small size apparently suitable for someone 5'6" - 5'10" - no doubt will get hoovered up by a leech from UKHD or an Ebay reseller but posting here in the hope a genuine buyer gets it - fat chance lol!
Eastway Men's R 4.0 Alloy Road Bike - size Small - RRP £750 - £231.09 delivered here http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...sfl_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
Let's see if this lasts overnight.....
Only 2 in stock - but you can buy more from Amazon at that price - even if not in stock! Once one is bought the price will rocket back up to a sensible price.
In my basket so we'll see. Am hoping a genuine buyer gets it - but not really holding out much hope!
Fill yer boots!

I get it, but you can't link directly to the 'offer'. I use quotes because anything I have to wait 4-6 weeks to obtain direct from Amazon is questionable in my book. select black, select 700x23 in the size and then on the right hand side - far right under the add to wish list, there is an option showing from other sellers - that other seller ironically being Amazon for £8.99

Too late - sorry - haven't a clue what quotes are included lol!
Glad someone bought the Eastway at £230 - hopefully a cyclist who was after a bargain instead of a reseller..
That's only why I post bargains on here - but still get an earful for... LOL thanks guys!
TBH I was gutted when I checked my basket the next morning and it had gone up to over £700 - cos whoever bought that could have bought 5 at that price - sold 3 and had 2 free bikes - and I wish that person was me!
Oh well - best regards to everyone on here - even those who mouth off me and my deals.
It's the Internet LOL. Happy Christmas xx
You can change your username but not your spotsMaybe if you didn't give your 'opinion' quite so often on so many subjects and just concentrated on posting up the offers, you wouldn't get the earful. Merry Christmas.
Tony.
