Yep that is the same FIRST email response i got from them, they did refund my money this morning, however they did not like the fact i left negative feedback on Amazon for them, i still questioned the fact they had done the same to 5/6 other people.....and will not admit that they did not send the item out in the first place..

got a second response.... load of rubbish about them now being massively out of pocket and then they said i can wait or do i have a solution...

i suggested they send me a flavour they do have in stock.... lets see.

Same responses received here. I've had notification that my refund has been approved so, when it appears on my card they'll find another -ve on their profile.

Postie will want £2.80, in hind sight I wonder whether I should have cut off the foot straps and used them as 3/4 bibs although suppose they could have looked a mess doing that.

I went and bought a Giat Defy which is being delivered tomorrow. Low and behold the Ribble is back on sale at £619.99, I think SatNav got one last time.

Gutted, anyone want to buy a Giant !

Yep I got it for my OH. I'm jealous, it's a really nice bike actually and better spec than my fuji finest 1.1. Never mind.

Did you order the Giant online? If so, under DSR, you should be able to return unridden for full refund

I did order it online, what's the cost of sending a bike back though, quite substantial I would imagine. I will look into it.
