I bought an airace one on eBay from Rutland cycling/leisure. It fits both valve types and the head isn't fixed, as there a tube between it and the pump, saving your delicate inner tube valve heads.
I am also after a mini pump looked at the Airace one from rutland, dismissed it because I thought at £5.99 it must be rubbish, have you used it whats it like ?

@Kbrook - they're good (used mine yesterday  ) and are excellent value at £5.99.

However, I think they've gone up to £9.99 which still is worthwhile. The MTB version is still £5.99 on eBay.

Halfords are doing the Hi 5 race pack for only £5.00 can order to collect or buy instore, normally £14.99. I bought two boxes, you get a good amount inside and now I have another two bottles, certainly worth a fiver.

Thanks for this - just been and collected one from the local store - great buy and to be honest should have bought more. Might have to go back and stock up

Seems ok to me. Not used it in anger, I see it as a get me home solution, for that it will certainly do the job. Fits in my seat bag and also comes with a bracket to mount on your water bottle stays.

I've got the Northwave Arctic SPD ones. Brilliant. Kept my feet completely dry and toasty warm today.

Thanks for the reply, I take it you have the MTB version with the more rugged sole and two hole cleat. Cant make my mind up whether to get this or the road version, what made you opt got the MTB version, assuming of course that you are not a MTBer?

Any one who shops at Waitrose should keep an eye out at the end of aisles baskets around the toiletries/vitamins & minerals/baby food isles.

Waitrose have just paid me to take 3 containers of SiS Orange Energy Go (makes 15L in total). Now I won't pay the RRP for it, often preferring water, but someone paying me to have it is another matter! Usual price is £10.74 (at Waitrose) per 500g container. For whatever reason my local Waitrose is clearing the stock and they are reduced to £3.55 each and better still because they fall under the vitamin and minerals offer of buy 3 get the cheapest free, I promptly got £10.74 knocked off the 3*£3.55 I paid... 15L made up for -9p.... this stuff http://www.scienceinsport.com/sis-p...sis-go-drinks-and-powders/sis-go-energy-500g/
